Hi, I’m Hollie!

Hi I’m Hollie. I retired in the early 2000s, and decided to start Froth Star to fill my days helping others learn more about coffee. I rely on my years of experience in the coffee industry to provide valuable tips and advice on choosing the right coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment. Outside of coffee, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren (I’ve got 6 of them!) and 2 dogs — Rocky and Yana.
